Add Additional Administrators

While each Trove school account needs one primary Trove administrator, schools can have multiple Trove administrators.  Each administrator has the same administrative rights and access within the school's Trove account. 

To add additional Trove administrators to your account, please contact us at [email protected] or 800.845.5731. Our business hours are from 8am-5pm ET.  You will need to provide the school name, school address, primary Trove administrator's name, and the first/last name, email, and phone number for the new Trove administrator you would like to add.

NOTE:  Trove administrator and Trove teacher accounts are separate in Trove.  If a user needs both administrator and teacher access in Trove, two separate accounts are required (including separate email addresses for each account).
