Online Courses are delivered to the Trove administrator account upon purchase. From there, the Trove administrator assigns them to the teacher, and the teacher assigns them to the students.
Online Courses in Trove are one per student. Online course enrollments do not have an expiration date, so unused enrollments can be used in the future. Online course enrollments can also be undistributed from teachers or students as many times as necessary within 60 days of the first distribution to a student.
When the Trove admin is distributing student online course enrollments to a teacher/facilitator, it is recommended that the Trove admin also give the teacher/facilitator access to the instructional resources for that course. While the online course will have everything the student needs, the teacher/facilitator may benefit from access to the individual instructional resources, such as the eTextbooks, PowerPoints, video segments, facilitator packets, etc. Teachers/facilitators can learn more about navigating the teacher resources in Trove by visiting the “Resource Library” section of the Trove Help Center.
NOTE: Student accounts remain inactive until content is assigned to them. So while a student login may have been created, the student will not be able to log in until an Online Course, eText, or an eAssessment has been shared with him/her.
