Add Students to a Class after Initial Rostering is Complete

Students are typically associated with (enrolled in) classes when rostered.  After initial rostering, if a student needs to be enrolled in a class, enrollment can be done in one of two ways (Note: the class name must be rostered in Trove prior to using either option):

Option 1 - Teachers and Trove administrators can access the profile for that individual student and then select additional classes to assign to the user.  Hold the CTRL key when selecting multiple classes.

Option 2 - Create and share a class enrollment token with students.  

The enrollment token is a unique code that can be generated for a course by the teacher. A student can then go to his/her profile and add that token and be enrolled in a course.

In the teacher account, navigate to Roster / Class.  Under the Class Enrollment Token column, select “Generate.”  Copy the code that appears.

In the student account, have the student access the profile area, select “My Account,” and enter the code in the “Add Class Enrollment Token” field.

The student will then be enrolled in that course.
