A New Look and Feel in Trove!

On January 25, the teacher side of Trove received a fresh, new look – while keeping all the same trusted features and resources you rely on!

To introduce you to those improvements, we offered eight virtual Sneak Peek sessions.  If you were not able to attend, you can view the session HERE.

Here are some answers to questions you might have:

Why did you change the Trove look and feel - and why now?

As we continue to grow and improve Trove, we want our Trove users to benefits from those improvements - many of which come from customer suggestions - as quickly as possible.  Waiting until summer would have delayed customers from being able to enjoy the updates and would have delayed BJU Press from being able to continue to push out additional new features and improvements.  As part of these changes, we have also made improvements that help us better meet accessibility standards for learning platforms, which also benefits users immediately.  Because the improvements were mainly cosmetic and did not effect the functionality, current Trove users do not have to “relearn” Trove in order to enjoy the updates.

What should I expect for my Trove teacher account?

On January 25, 2026, all Trove teacher accounts updated automatically to the fresh new look and feel. All user content, including courses and assessments, remained in individual accounts. Note: This update applied to Trove teacher accounts only.  Trove admin and student accounts were not changed.

Is there anything I need to do?

No, your account automatically updated to the new look.

How will I know how to use features and find my content?

The basic functionality of Trove remains the same – you will just enjoy a fresher, more modern look, along with some improved placement and navigation to make your experience in Trove more efficient, intuitive, and streamlined.  All the main features were explored in the sneak peek session, so watching the session recording is a great way to get the best overview.
